I'm not a cake maker...I always get mad, but I'm okay with this one. It is picture worthy. Usually, I bake a cake and get mad at the icing. Thank goodness for coconut..it hides the messy icing :) Oh, and wanted to give a big xoxo (kiss) to my honey for the lovely flowers. Thanks!
