The kids birthday bash was so fun this year.
We ate a million cupcakes...
had a yummy fruit treat.
We all slid down the slide a million times.
I talked the kids into a quick picture. And then we slid some more.
We had a ball splishing and slashing in the little pool!
I lit the candles on two cupcakes....one for a little girl age 5!
and one for a little boy age 2!
We opened gifts and then headed outside again...
to throw 150 water balloons that Gary and I filled up the night before.
When we pulled the wagon around to the backyard all the balloons were popped.
The picture to the right is a wagon filled with water and 150 empty balloons.
It is THAT hot here. I'm pretty sure the water was boiling.
So instead we just ate more cupcakes.
I love these two {July} munchkins.
Good times were had and lots of memories were made.
I love the fruit-cicles! If you are going to do that blow up slide thing again, can I come next year? Looks like a blast! :)

ReplyDeleteAnd I was totally sad for you about the water balloons. But what a fun slide!!! You should had a tarp with oil and made your own slip n slide. Now THAT would have been considered a redneck waterpark. HA! ;) Happy bday to the cuties!!
