I can't even tell you how excited I am about the kids Halloween costumes. It made me so excited looking back a year ago at this post. I got some awesome pictures of the kids in their costumes. We had the perfect photo shoot. The kids ran in the front yard and held pumpkins in their hands and smelled the mums freshly planted in the pots. Not really, but it sounded good. Anyway, I thought I'd try to capture some 2010 pictures. I didn't get many that were great. But we made good memories!!
Did you know that Cinderella pouts?
"Mom, I can barely move, it is so itchy!!"
I'm not real sure what Cinderella is doing in this picture. HA!
And this one? Yep, she is growling.
My sweetest little Cinderella!!
And squatting again. Hhhhm.
But I'm pretty sure Buzz Lightyear never cried like this!
Bless Hayden's heart. He didn't want his costume on AT.ALL!! Every time he puts it on he cries like this. For the love of Pete...can you see those giant tears? Good grief. I don't think he will wear a costume this year. He wants no part of Buzz.
So much for the photo shoot and awesome pictures. These are awesome...awesomely funny :)
My photoshoots go like that sometimes too! Poor Hayden...he really doesn't like that costume! He needs to just be a baseball player or something easy. Just stick a hat on him and call him an athlete:) I haven't even started on my boys costumes yet...it is one of two million things on my to do list right now!
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute! Tears and all. So the photo shoot didn't go as planned, but glad you all made the best of it!
ReplyDeleteOh no! Hopefully all the candy will cheer them up on trick or treat night.
ReplyDeleteOh boy, I hope he likes Buzz enough to wear it on Halloween. Maybe bribing with the candy thing will get him to like it.
ReplyDeletehaha....those are awesome! love Hayden's huge tears!
ReplyDeletethat's like lily...i'm not forcing it this year. i tried to get her in her ladybug costume...(black shirt...red tutu w/black pompom balls) wings and headband...forget it...it looks like i've beaten her her face is sooo down! ugh! oh well there's next year!
Sorry, but I couldn't help but laugh at this!!! Ha!
ReplyDeleteIsn't Halloween fun? Well it is really, and it isn't. My 3 year old changes his mind every day on what he is going to dress up as. I feel like I am chasing my tail. And I know whatever we finally land on, he will probably cry that night and tell me he wanted the other one!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Lauren... these pics just made me laugh. I hope you and Hayden can find a costume he's happy with.
ReplyDeleteThat's just how it goes, right?! Sometimes it just all spirals downward and ends up nothing like we expected. Those photos are cute, tears, pouting, and all! Haven't put GG in her outfits yet, should be interesting...that is if I can get my 15 month old to slow down long enough to get a shot!
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh! This is HILARIOUS! Poor little Hayden buddy! That is just like something I would do...force Connor into something for a dress up photo shoot! Only at this age he has no choice..ha..ha..ha..!!!!
