I know I have said so many times...I love twitter and my twitter friends. Twitter is a wonderful outlet for me as a stay at home mom. Anytime I need to vent or get advice I jump on twitter :)
Around dinner time everyone starts to tweet what is on the menu for the night at their house. It is fun to hear, and you know me...I love cooking and food, so if I hear something that sounds good...I get all kinds of nosey and find the recipe!!
Hillary and Ashley tweeted about a yummy chicken crock pot dish. Once I heard about it, and how good it was, I knew I had to make it. So, I jumped on over to Ashley's food blog, and she posted the recipe there.
Amazing slow cooker chicken
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 package Italian seasoning
Throw all the ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Oh So Good and how easy does that sound?
Gary said it is the BEST chicken recipe he has had in a long time and I have to agree with him.

Really? Cream cheese and butter...? What did you serve it with? Do you eat the sauce or just cook in it?
sounds really good and simple!! :)
That much sour cream and butter can make anything good! Yum! Thanks for the tip.
That sounds yummy! I've been looking for new dishes to try, I've been in such a rut. Just found your blog BTW! :)
I'm confused. Do you melt the butter? Do you soften the cream cheese? Does the chicken go in raw?
It does sound good and easy though.
Too bad my husband can't have cream cheese. =/
